1. Introduction

Welcome to Chroma Sine Records, an independent music service platform connecting artists and listeners through limited-edition vinyl releases and creative campaigns.

Our mission is to empower artists while offering music fans unique, high-quality physical records made on demand.

By accessing or purchasing through chromasine.studio or any affiliated site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Chroma Sine Records operates as an intermediary between the artist and the customer.

We facilitate:

  • Vinyl record production (through trusted print-on-demand partners)

  • Artist campaign setup and management

  • Order processing, payment collection, and fulfillment coordination

  • Digital marketing, communication, and community support

All records are artist-owned releases. Chroma Sine Records does not claim ownership of the music or related intellectual property unless stated in a separate contract.

3. Order Processing & Production

  • All vinyl records are made-to-order, produced only after confirmed payment.

  • Production timelines may range from 8–12 weeks, depending on demand, material availability, and manufacturing schedules.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Customers will receive updates as soon as production or shipping milestones occur.

We always aim to ensure smooth and timely delivery, but as an intermediary, Chroma Sine Records cannot be held liable for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, or artist-side approvals.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify or other authorized gateways under Estonian and EU regulations.

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, all sales are final.

  • In rare cases of pricing or listing errors, Chroma Sine Records reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order with prior notice and refund.

5. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of vinyl records, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or minor production variations.

Refunds or replacements are only issued if a product arrives defective or damaged.

6. Artist Responsibility

Each artist featured through Chroma Sine Records is responsible for:

  • The creative content (music, artwork, branding)

  • Approving production masters and proofs

  • Providing accurate metadata and release information

  • Engaging with customers where applicable

In all releases, the artist remains the vendor of record for artistic and intellectual property matters.

Chroma Sine Records acts solely as the production and logistics coordinator.

Any disputes about content, artistic direction, or communication delays should first be addressed directly with the artist.

Chroma Sine Records may step in only when necessary for legal or operational mediation.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • Chroma Sine Records is not liable for production or delivery delays caused by third-party suppliers, transport carriers, customs, or artist-side approvals.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including missed deadlines, loss of resale opportunities, or perceived dissatisfaction with the creative product.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of confirmed defective items, in coordination with the artist and production partner.

  • By purchasing, you accept that minor variations in color, sound, or packaging are part of the handcrafted vinyl process.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Artists retain all rights to their music and artwork.

  • Customers are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and enjoy the purchased physical product.

  • The Chroma Sine Records and Chroma Sine Studio names, logos, and designs remain the property of Chroma Sine Studio OÜ and may not be used without written consent.

9. Data & Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with EU GDPR and Estonian data protection law.

We collect only the information necessary to process orders, coordinate deliveries, and communicate campaign updates.

We never sell or share personal information with third parties beyond what is required for logistics and payment processing.

10. Dispute Resolution

We always aim to resolve issues amicably.

If a problem arises:

  1. Contact the artist directly for clarification or resolution.

  2. If unresolved, contact info@chromasine.studio with supporting details.

  3. If further mediation is required, disputes will be governed by UK law and resolved under the jurisdiction of London, UK.

11. Changes to Terms

Chroma Sine Studio OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply immediately to all new orders.
