1. Overview

Chroma Sine Records facilitates the creation and distribution of artist-owned, made-to-order vinyl records through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners around the world.

We act as a service intermediary—coordinating digital order processing, artist campaign management, and communication—but we do not physically handle, store, or ship any vinyl products ourselves.

All physical fulfillment is performed directly by our global production partners or, in special cases, by the artists themselves (for example, when records are signed, numbered, or customized before delivery).

2. Production & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Made-to-Order Process:

Every vinyl record is produced only after the customer’s order is confirmed.

Production timelines vary depending on the artist’s approval, manufacturing schedules, and partner capacity.

  • Estimated Delivery:

Typical delivery timeframe ranges between 8–12 weeks after order confirmation.

Extended timelines may occur due to manufacturing delays, global logistics, customs processing, or artist-side handling.

  • Status Updates:

    Customers will receive updates when:

    1. The order enters production.

    2. The record is shipped by the fulfillment partner or artist.

    3. A tracking link is available (if provided by the partner).

Chroma Sine Records cannot guarantee shipping dates, as these depend entirely on third-party operations.

3. Fulfillment Responsibility

  • Partner Fulfillment:

Most vinyl orders are produced, packed, and shipped directly by one of our verified production partners.

These partners handle global shipping logistics, packaging, and courier selection.

  • Artist Fulfillment:

If an artist chooses to receive their vinyls for personal signing, numbering, or repackaging before delivery, they become temporarily responsible for final shipment to the customer.

In these cases, Chroma Sine Records cannot be held liable for handling errors, delays, or damages occurring once the items are in the artist’s possession.

  • Intermediary Role:

Chroma Sine Records remains responsible only for ensuring the correct forwarding of order details and facilitating communication between customer, artist, and fulfillment partner.

4. Shipping Methods & Regions

  • Shipping methods, couriers, and tracking capabilities depend entirely on the chosen production or fulfillment partner.

  • Most partners offer tracked international delivery via standard courier services.

  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination, customs, and local courier operations.

  • Some regions may be excluded or subject to longer shipping times due to import restrictions or logistical limitations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • These costs are not included in the product price and must be covered by the customer.

  • Chroma Sine Records does not collect, estimate, or remit these charges on behalf of customers.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the order being held, returned, or destroyed by local authorities—Chroma Sine Records assumes no responsibility in such cases.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • In the event of loss or damage during transit, the claim must be initiated directly with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

  • Customers should notify info@chromasine.studio within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including:

    • Order number

    • Tracking information

    • Description and photo evidence (if applicable)

Chroma Sine Records will assist in coordinating communication with the relevant fulfillment entity, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the responsible party (artist or fulfillment provider) confirms fault and authorizes compensation.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Multiple Shipments

If a campaign includes different variants, bundles, or artist-signed copies, items may be shipped separately from different partners or locations.

Each shipment will have its own tracking reference (if available).

9. Force Majeure

Chroma Sine Records and its partners are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, customs holds, or governmental actions.

10. Liability Limitation

By purchasing through Chroma Sine Records, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Chroma Sine Records does not own, handle, or physically ship any vinyl records.

  • Our responsibility is strictly limited to digital order processing and coordination.

  • Physical shipping, packaging, and handling are performed solely by third-party partners or artists.

  • Any claims regarding physical goods (delivery, damage, customs, or loss) will be resolved directly with the responsible shipper or artist.
