Return & Refund Policy – Chroma Sine Records
At Chroma Sine Records, every vinyl record is produced on-demand through our custom manufacturing process in collaboration with independent artists. This model enables fair compensation for creators and sustainable, waste-free production. As a result, we cannot offer returns or refunds due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or delays within standard production times.
Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order:
1. No Returns or Refunds
All vinyl records sold through Chroma Sine Records are made-to-order and produced based on confirmed sales.
For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Production & Shipping Timeline
Vinyl production is a highly specialized process involving mastering, pressing, packaging, and quality control.
Production and delivery may take up to 12 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on order volume, manufacturing capacity, and logistics.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these production timelines as part of supporting small-batch, independent vinyl releases.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your vinyl arrives broken, warped, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will coordinate with the artist and our production partners to arrange a replacement or refund only when damage or defect is verified.
To process your claim efficiently, please include:
-
Your order number
-
A brief description of the issue
-
Clear photos of the damaged vinyl and its packaging
Send your claim to: info@chromasine.studio
4. Artist Responsibility & Mediation
Chroma Sine Records acts as an intermediary and facilitator between the customer, the artist, and the production facility.
Each artist is the primary vendor and rights holder of their release. Therefore, any concerns regarding the artistic content, delays in creative approval, or communication about replacements should first be addressed directly with the artist.
Chroma Sine Records will only intervene in cases where legal or production-related mediation is required, such as defective manufacturing or unfulfilled delivery after confirmed payment.
5. Legal & Compliance
This policy complies with applicable EU consumer protection standards for custom-made goods.
By finalizing a purchase, you acknowledge that the vinyl record is produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold or restocked.
All disputes or escalations will be handled in accordance with the governing laws of UK.
